ACNE: Mangos have also proven to be an effective homemade remedy for treating acne. By applying the pulp topically to the skin, it can open the clogged pores. Let sit for 10 min and wash with water.⁠⠀⁠⠀

M A N G O S O R B E T


-- 5 cups of ripe mango (fresh or thawed)

-- 1/2 cup of coconut milk

-- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

  1. put all ingredients into a food processor or a high powered blender

  2. blend until smooth

  3. place in freeze safe container

  4. freeze overnight or until it has hardened to touch.

  5. enjoy!

My favorite toppings: coconut chips, frozen raspberries, & mini choco chips.
