I am half way through a week that has my head spinning. Literally — feeling like babeh Taz over here.
Listening to yesterday’s episode of @tscpodcast on Overcoming Extreme Adversity, really put things into perspective and brought me back to reality.
1. INSTIGATION OF PURPOSE: Remember what drives you. What’s your purpose? If you’re not happy with what you are providing for the world, you have the power to change that.
2. YOU HAVE A PLACE ON EARTH THAT CAN POSITIVELY IMPACT OTHERS: What’s one thing you can do today to make that happen?
3. EMBRACE WHAT YOU FEEL: Stress, happiness, anger, love — any emotion can be harnessed for the greater good.
4. TIME IS YOUR FRIEND: Nothing happens over night. Let yourself grow, heal, and appreciate the process.
This episode pulls at some strings that may make you uncomfortable.
As someone that has seen mental health effect and take away people who I love and deeply care about, these are the uncomfortable measures we need to take care of and talk about.
